Sacramento Bee: Downtown railyard owner Thomas Enterprises heads a list of seven development teams that have submitted proposals to build a new sports and entertainment arena in Sacramento.
The list, published today by Mayor Kevin Johnson's arena task force, includes two proposals to build an arena in the downtown railyards.
