“The citizens of Sacramento deserve an immediate and vigorous appeal. Their right to vote is being taken away. That is deeply troubling on many levels and can't be left to stand.
“We must make city hall more accountable, not less. We must fight for the people’s right to reform their government. This ruling will not stop reform from sweeping through Sacramento City Hall.”
