- Overhaul tourism and film marketing efforts
- Minimize impact of mortgage crisis on homeowners and neighborhoods
- Incent businesses and homeowners to meet LEED standards for green buildings
- Promote development of “clean tech” and “green tech” industries
- Transition city fleet to more hybrid/low-emission vehicles
- Promote energy efficiency and alternative energy initiatives
